Raymond Pete Medaleno, Jr., date of birth March 29, 1978, of Colorado Springs Colorado, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was $1,000.
Richard Orrel, date of birth December 28, 1958, of Florissant Colorado, was arrested on an arrest warrant for unlawful sexual contact of a minor, and harassment. Bond was $3,000.
