The big three government bosses. Cripple Creek City Administrator Frank Salvato, new Teller County Administrator Ross Herzog and Woodland Park City Manager Michael Lawson mingle together during a meet and greet, hosted last week by McGinty’s Wood Oven Pub in Divide. Last week’s gathering was organized to introduce the public to Herzog, who began his duties Thursday as the head Teller County Administrator, a position held by Sheryl Decker for nearly two decades. Salvato also just started his role as Cripple Creek’s head boss several weeks ago. Lawson, meanwhile, has been on the job for two-plus years. He originally began as the city’s assistant city manager.
