Benjamin James Webb
Benjamin J Webb, 40, passed peacefully on June 29th, 2021, following a brief illness. Ben was born on February 15 in Denver, Colorado. He was the son of John Bray and Jackie Albright, both of whom preceded him in death. He attended high school in Teller County, Colorado. Ben enjoyed many years in the restaurant industry where he could use his skills in making beautiful and delicious sushi. Everyone who ever encountered Ben knows his greatest passion was loving on people. Many of you can tell stories of how he loved and supported you through difficult times in life. His greatest love was his daughter, Amielia, and his life partner, Sarah. Ben also loved fireworks! All types, all colors, all sizes. The bigger the better. On a family vacation in Mexico he was able to organize a professional fireworks show for his family (and everyone else on the beach!). Camping was one of his hobbies, and he set up his extensive music system to spend the weekend as the “camping DJ” . The louder the better!
Ben is survived by his wife, Sarah, his daughter, Amielia, his two step-sons, Ronnie and Grayson, his two brothers, Jon and Chris, and many other friends and family who loved him dearly.
Memorial service will be on the 4th of July at the home of Ben and Sarah, 2817 Elm Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501. This will be an open house memorial from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please feel free to come at any time, stay as long as you like, and share a memory of Ben with his friends and family.
In lieu of flowers please consider making a memorial contribution to a fund that has been established to cover future expenses for family and Amielia’s education. Contributions can be sent to Julie Mizak, PO Box 424, Kiowa, CO 80117 or Venmo @Julie-Mizak
Thank you and as Ben would say “I Love You ALL!”
