The Two Mile High Club is announcing that, in the interest of safety, we will be cancelling the Donkey Days event that was tentatively re- scheduled for September 5th-7th, Labor Day weekend.
As much as we would like to have a 89th Donkey Derby Days, we know it is in the best interest of our city, state, residents, visitors and vendors, to postpone it for 2020 and plan our 90th anniversary for June 25 – June 27. As much as it saddens us, we know that this is the right decision.
We appreciate all the support and inquiries. Donkey Derby Days is the single biggest annual fundraiser for annual care and feeding of the donkeys.
