The grand opening of the Pine Gables Tavern at the former Blue Moose Tavern site in Green Mountain Falls last week received a warm welcome from area residents and visitors, especially in the outdoor patio area. The soft opening of the Pine Gables, the original name of this popular local bar, pizzeria and social gathering spot for years, occurred following weeks of anticipation.
The Pine Gables features the same friendly atmosphere as before but offers a much cleaner and well-kept facility with substantial improvements. The Gables sports a colorful history, spanning decades in the heart of GMF. For more information, call 719-418-3384.
