Jeffrey Michael Eutsler, date of birth February 23, 1983, of Victor Colorado, was arrested for resisting arrest, pedestrian on roadway, obstructing a peace officer, and violation of a protection order. Bond was $1,000.
Chad Carl Horning, date of birth January 7, 1977, who is currently transient, was arrested for stalking, domestic violence, unlawful use of a controlled substance, and violation of a protection order. This was a no-bond arrest.
