All Aboard! It’s time to explore the Midland Railway-the first standard gauge railroad built over the Continental Divide in Colorado. Learn about this important part of our local history: from wildflower excursions to train robberies. The display at the Woodland Park Library is intended to whet your interest in this historic railroad-just in time for the premiere of our second documentary-The Mighty Midland and the Towns it Built.
UPHS invites you to join us on June 15th at the Ute Pass Cultural Center, 220 E. Midland Avenue (Woodland Park) for the debut of the film. The show begins at 1:00 pm, and the cost is $7.00 at the door.
