5-13-2023 John Michael Hunter, 39 years old of Amarillo, TX, was arrested and transported to the Teller County Jail for C.R.S. 16-19-103 Fugitive of Justice and C.R.S. 18-4-409(4)(a) Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft in the Second Degree.
5-22-2023 Frances Lynn Ashton, 42 years old of Victor, was summonsed and released for 42-4-1301 (1)(a) Driving under the influence, 42-4-1301(1)(b) Drove While Ability Impaired, 42-4-1301(2)(a) Drove Vehicle Excessive Alcohol, and 42-2-138 (1)(d)(1) Driving under restraint.
