Last night, the subject pictured above was arrested on probable cause for the following
offenses concerning this subject engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with a 7-year-old
child. As a result of this investigation, he was charged with the following offenses:
Sexual Assault on a Child- (Felony 4)
Indecent Exposure- (Misdemeanor 1)
Unlawful Sexual Contact w/Minor- (Misdemeanor 1)
Child Abuse- (Misdemeanor 2)
The subject is held on “No Bond” at the Teller County Jail.
