NFL Game Time at McGinty’s Wood Oven Pub

The Wild and Wacky AFC West Division, of which the Denver Broncos are proud participants, is getting crazier than ever.

Talking about going out with a bang and wild fury. The Broncos are playing the final game of their troubled coronavirus-plagued season with a home matchup against the Division bully, the Kansas City Chiefs.

Can the Broncos play the role as the grand Spoiler and ruin the Chiefs’ possible prospects of gaining the top seed in the AFC playoffs? And for the sake of revenge and putting an end to frequent stories about the Chiefs’ constant pounding of Denver, can the Broncs break the losing streak?

These questions and more, including possible changes for the Broncs next year, will soon be answered.

Game time for the Saturday, Jan. 8 showdown  (changed from original plans due to NFL flex scheduling) is 3:30, a  great time for a hearty meal, a drink or two and a hopeful Bronco victory. In fact, beverages of choice may be a requirement for this Bronco viewing, always a fun game to partake in, as both teams have hefty and loud fan bases here in the Teller High Country.

This game will serve as the final contest of the regular season, but it is just a prelude to the playoffs, which should get pretty wild.  Unfortunately, the Broncos won’t be part of the post-season party, as they have now been officially eliminated.
