School Founder looking for volunteers to play the role of victims

Jason Marsteiner, owner of The Survival University, is looking for people to act as victims of a natural wilderness disaster for his Wilderness First Responder. It is scheduled for July 14, 15, and 17 in Cripple
Creek.
Marsteiner is holding this class for the 10 people who are participating in the wilderness-responder training.
The class will be held on Marsteiner’s 70 acres of land in Cripple Creek. Marsteiner grew up in Cripple Creek and has owned his 70-acre parcel since 1985.
Volunteers will be made up with fake blood and injuries to give the scene a natural feel. The actors will then be treated by members of the class.
At this time, Marsteiner has seven volunteers but would like to have more people to adequately pose for the 10 students. His most urgent need is for volunteers for the July 17 training. On this day, the course will be an all-day event with several emergencies being explored. He would like to have up to 20 volunteers for that day.
The Wilderness First Responder course is aimed at people who would like to know how to deal with emergency medical incidents that may occur on their wilderness outings.
Marsteiner said, “It’s a medical class so people will know how to fix themselves, or fix broken people should they come out into the woods and find themselves in a bad situation.”
Students will be taught such tasks as what to carry in their back packs for
emergencies, CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation), splints, and “Anything that could potentially happen to someone out in the woods while adventuring.” said Marsteiner.
The focus of the class is on how to improvise during an emergency with readily available items found in
the woods, as well as, things to carry with you to be ready should an
incident occur.
