Teller County District Court Ruling
WOODLAND PARK, COLORADO (August 19, 2025)
On August 18, 2025, District Court Judge Moeller issued a ruling in favor of the City of
Woodland Park, granting the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit filed on behalf of
the Woodland Park School District RE-2 against the City of Woodland Park.
The District Court of Teller County adopted all of the City of Woodland Park’s arguments.
