For the first time since 1994, Teller voters will get a chance to participate in a competitive contest for Teller sheriff during the general election in November.  Last week, the clerk and recorder?s office determined that sheriff challenger Mark Manriquez obtained enough valid signatures to gain a spot on the ballot. He will square off with incumbent Mike Ensminger, who easily won the GOP primary.
