CRESSON ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL’S CORNER By: Miriam Mondragon

Beginning this month, Cresson ES students can join the K-Kids Club sponsored by Kiwanas. Members of K-Kids will work on finding a need within their community, create a plan to address that need and then implement it. K-Kids is a wonderful opportunity for children of all ages to give back. Meetings will begin on Thursday Nov. 8th at 7:15am in Cresson’s Art room.

Thanksgiving Break will begin on Wednesday November 21st. Students will return to school on Monday November 26th.
The Cripple Creek-Victor Mountain Health Center (CCV MHC) will be closed on November 21st and 22nd for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The CCV MHC is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm for registered school children and their siblings. They are able to perform athletic physicals, well child checks, immunizations, asthma care, sick child care and take care of your child’s health care needs.
