TELLER COUNTY, Colo. — foul play possibly ruled out.
A body found in the Indian Creek subdivision in Teller County has been identified as 58-year-old Judith Carpenter. On Wednesday Teller County Sheriff’s Office said her death was suspicious. Now they are saying they don’t expect foul play. Autopsy results show she died from hypothermia. Authorities are still investigating the circumstances regarding her death. The Mountain Jackpot has learned that Carpenter was found in a ditch across the street from where she lived by Conestoga Creek Rd and Bird Creek Rd.
