Cultural King. Ralph Holloway, who heads the Woodland Park Arts Alliance and runs the Seven Arrows Gallery in Woodland Park, was named last week as the Wagon Boss of the year by the Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce.
Holloway also received top laurels earlier this month as the Arts and Culture volunteer champion during the annual Teller County Cares Service Awards. Holloway has played a key role in promoting the arts in Teller County and in organizing monthly art walks. Other big winners of the annual chamber awards included Teller County Search and Rescue for best non-profit, Denny’s restaurant for the best project, Mary Gonzalez for the top volunteer, Woodland Park Utilities Director Jim Schultz as the best employee and Tweeds as the business of the year
