Hwy. 24 motorists will experience their share of delays, as Colorado Department of Transportation officials construct a huge culvert in preparation for the flood and monsoon season. The $1.5 million highway improvement work will lead to temporary delays for several weeks for those traveling between Cascade and Manitou Springs.
