Modern art invasion in the Ute Pass

IMG_5966The new Cloud City exhibit, the pinnacle of the Green Box Arts Festival in Green Mountain Falls, was assembled last week with a 50-person crew, headed by Graham Stewart of ACLA and Art Crating. The display, which was featured on the rooftop of New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art for six months and toured by 500,000 people, will open to the public on June 23 and be on display through July 13, allowing visitors to view the interactive piece, with daily tours from 1 to 7 p.m. Cloud City is the creation of Tomas Saraceno, known for his visionary projects that explore the possibility of a future airborne existence.
